Payment & Shipping Terms


All orders have to be placed in the website. Items are all categorized so you can browse them easily. You may also use the SEARCH ENGINE in the website to look for a particular item. Credit cards are not needed when placing an order. Orders are not allowed to be placed through texts, calls, emails and PMs to avoid confusion and for security purposes (to protect you from scammers). Always ask the seller if they have a website.

This is ONLY an “ONLINE STORE”. NO meet-ups, NO pick-ups, NO CODs. We do not have a physical shop. Our prices are more affordable because we don’t pay rents, utilities, advertisements and we don’t hire employees. We have our more than 3,000 items and 700+ clients’ feedback. We also have our own website where our clients shop and don’t just rely to free social media to advertise.

Online shopping is based on trust. Despite that fact that we hired and paid someone to design our website, we have tha biggest online charms and crystals & Feng Shui store, all our photos are obviously taken by us (no photoshop enhancements), we have 700+ feedback – some people will still hesitate to buy online. We understand that some people will really never buy something online and we respect that.

       If a merchant owns a website, most likely it’s legit and you can protect yourselves from             scammers (since putting up a website is quite expensive).

For first time online shoppers : If you have hesitations, please don’t create your own policy for us to follow. No matter how big your purchase is, we will say no to that. We don’t have a minimum order & we don’t discriminate small orders from big orders. All orders are treated equally. We will gladly process an order for as low as P150 (the cheapest item we have), provided you adhere to our store policies.

Payments Accepted

BDO, BPI, Unionbank, Metrobank, Globe G-cash, LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier, Palawan Express Pera Padala, PayPal and all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Processing Time

2 to 3 days processing time after payment is received due to our busy schedule.

Transit Time

After package is endorsed to the courier, you will receive the package the next day. Anywhere in the Philippines, it is next-day delivery, unless you live in a very remote area. There is no same-day delivery.

Some (local) couriers offer cheaper rates. Although, we do not patronize them since transit time usually takes several days. It is more important to us for our clients to receive the products they ordered in the soonest possible time. Also, we hear some negative feedback about cheaper couriers, e.g. delays, damaged items, lost in transit.

Shipping Fees

P90 bound to Manila area; P120 for Provincial. Please note that this is for the minimum weight/dimension ONLY. Shipping fees vary on the total weight and dimension of the package. We do combined shipping for multiple orders which means you will pay for shipping once for multiple orders. We will always try to ship your orders thru JRS Express. If you specifically want your orders to be delivered via LBC, their minimum shipping fee is P160.


JRS Express, LBC & Air21. We reserve the right to choose the courier that we will use. Delivery time is usually 10am – 6pm. We can’t request the courier to deliver the package in the morning or afternoon. Delivery time depends on the messenger’s route. If you need the item/s asap, we advise you to settle the payment asap also, especially during holidays.

International Orders

We ship worldwide (except to Africa & India). You may place your order in our website since you will not be asked to pay right away. Shipping fee depends on the total weight/dimension of the package & its destination. For non-Filipino clients, we prefer PayPal for security purposes.

Cleanse & Energize

All items are cleansed and energized using a Singing Bowl before we send them out. We also sell Singing Bowls if you need one. Just visit the Singing Bowl section of our store.

Literature and DOs & DONTs 

Most of our clients purchase these Feng Shui items and crystals for themselves. And a lot of them also buy them as gifts for their loved ones and friends. We always include a literature in the package as well as DOs & DONTs on how to properly take care your crystals and how to cleanse/energize them.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, you may return the items back to us within 7 days via JRS Express or LBC ONLY. Full refund. No questions asked. Items should be in original condition, original packaging, not used, not damaged. Buyer will shoulder the shipping back to us. Minimum shipping fee via JRS Express is P110 & LBC is P160. No other couriers accepted. We will pick up the package in the courier branch.

Return Policy protects & gives clients peace of mind. It makes the buyer feel they are not obligated to keep the product even if they’re not completely happy with it.

Unlike other stores, we do not charge our clients re-stocking fees (15% of the total purchase). Although, we do not refund shipping fees since they go to the couriers/shipping companies. Apart from that, all online stores do not refund shipping fees. Let me use this analogy : If you buy a product in the mall and you decide to return it, they won’t refund you your transportation fee/gas/toll gate fees. (There’s usually no money back guarantee in malls in the Philippines but only “replacement policy” equal to or more than the price of the item you’re returning).
