HOW TO ORDER?

All orders have to be placed in the website. Items are all categorized so you can browse them easily. You may also use the SEARCH ENGINE in the website to look for a particular item. Credit cards are not needed when placing an order. Orders are not allowed to be placed through texts, calls, emails and PMs to avoid confusion and for security purposes (to protect you from scammers). Always ask the seller if they have a website.

       If a merchant owns a website, most likely it’s legit and you can protect yourselves from                                scammers (since putting up a website is quite expensive).

Why do I get an error when I place an order in your website?

Sometimes, you may get an error message when you use your smart phones/mobile phones when placing an order. Our website is not compatible to all android phones. You may try placing an order using a computer when you have time.

Why are your charm bracelets more affordable than other crystal shops I know?

This is ONLY an “ONLINE STORE”. We do not have a physical shop. Our prices are more affordable because we don’t pay rents, franchise fees, utilities (water & electricity), advertisements and we don’t hire employees. We don’t also have sales quota. Sales quota is usually the reason why you notice sellers/agents become hard closers and too pushy (when closing a sale).

For charm bracelets, we always add a personal touch to it – something that sets us apart from those Feng Shui stores with physical shops. All charm bracelets are custom-made based on your wrist size. We also include a literature and they’re individually boxed. I noticed when you buy from Feng Shui stores with physical shops, after they cleanse the charms, they’ll just hand them over to you or put it in an organza bag/pouch. Or a saleslady will make your order who may not be completely knowledgeable about the metaphysical properties of stones.

Are your crystals authentic/genuine?

It is not always a good idea to ask a crystals seller if they sell genuine/authentic stones. If you put up your own business, I don’t think you’ll speak negatively of the products or services you offer. Personally, I’ve not seen nor heard any crystals seller say they sell fake. I’m an online shopper myself & these are the questions I usually ask myself when I want to validate the authenticity of the item I want to purchase :

1. Is the seller credible? Do they have a good reputation online? Do they have a website (since it is expensive to put up your own website)? Or do they just rely to free social media to advertise?
2. What is the seller’s feedback score? What are the clients’ testimonials?
3. Does the seller use “flowery words” or are they direct to the point when explaining things?
4. Do they talk to you as if they’re in desperate need to close a sale?
5. How big or how small is the online store? Are they able to carry items other sellers are not capable of carrying? Does this seller have a purchasing power (of items they sell)?
6. Does this seller use their own photos or do they steal photos from other websites and use them as their own? Do they provide clear photos or does it look photoshopped?
7. Lastly & most importantly, does the seller have a clear Return Policy? Return Policy protects & gives clients peace of mind. It makes the buyer feel they are not obligated to keep the product even if they’re not completely happy with it.

Having all these said, there’s no amount of words a seller can tell their buyers that will make them feel secure. If a buyer is not going to buy, you really can’t make him buy. You can’t please everyone. That’s why we never convince people and make “kulit” – things that our clients like most about us.

What are 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm?

These are the bead sizes / diameter of the beads. In a ruler, 10mm = 1cm.

I want to order a charm bracelet but I have a small/big wrist.

We will ask for your wrist size after payment is made. Instructions will be sent thru text or email.

BROKEN CHARM BRACELETS / ADJUSTMENTS :

Starting 15th May 2016, restring of charm bracelets will no longer be for free. We will be charging   PhP 30 for every bracelet that will be fixed. Clients will cover shipping fees back and forth.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments Accepted : BDO, BPI, Unionbank, Metrobank, Globe G-cash, LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier, Palawan Express Pera Padala, PayPal and all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Do you accept Western Union?

No. We don’t accept payment via Western Union.

Do you do meet ups? It’s my first time to buy online. And I’m hesitating / adamant / scared to buy
items online.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay and get paid online. The service gives people simpler ways to
send money without sharing financial information. No need to memorize your 16-digit card number.
Remembering 16 digits isn’t easy and typing them in online to pay for something isn’t always secure.
Now you don’t need to do either. All you need is your email address linked to your PayPal account in
sending and receiving money online. It’s free to open a PayPal account – there are no monthly
charges or cancellation fees.

Is it safe to send and receive money thru PayPal?

Yes. PayPal is accepted worldwide. No need to memorize your 16-digit card number. All you need is
your email address linked to your PayPal account in order to send and receive money online. We have many clients overseas. And based on experience, they will not transact with us unless the payment is sent thru PayPal. That is how safe it is and that’s how much they trust PayPal.

Both the buyer and the seller will receive an email confirmation from PayPal after payment is sent.

Is it free to send money via PayPal? How do I send money via PayPal?

It’s free to use PayPal for online purchases. It’s the sellers who are charged a small fee for each
transaction – the PayPal transfer fee is around 5% of the amount you are sending.

What do I do next after sending my payment?

Please let us know thru text or email after payment is made. If you will notify us thru text, please
don’t send the same message “too” many times. We will confirm and reply to you as soon as we read
your text message.

How soon will I receive my order/s after I send my payment?

Processing Time : 2 to 3 days processing time after payment is received due to our busy schedule.

Transit Time : After package is endorsed to the courier, you will receive the package the next day. Anywhere in the Philippines, it is next-day delivery, unless you live in a very remote area. There is no same-day delivery.

Can you ask the courier to deliver the package in the morning/afternoon?

We can’t request the courier to deliver the package in a specific time of day since they follow a route
when delivering packages.

What is Globe G-Cash?

Globe G-Cash is a micro payment service which transforms a mobile phone into a virtual wallet for secure, fast, and convenient money. This mode of payment amongst online sellers have become popular due to its convenience.

How do I send money via Globe C-cash?

Bring an ID and go to a Globe Business Center. To avoid long queues, the bills payment section of SM
Department stores also offer G-Cash as well as some pawnshops and rural banks. Request for a G-
Cash cash-in transaction form.

Both the buyer and the seller will receive a text confirmation from Globe after payment is sent.

Where is Globe G-Cash available?

G-Cash is available in all Globe Business Centers. To avoid long queues, the bills payment section of
SM Department stores also offer G-Cash as well as some pawnshops and rural banks.

Do you cleanse / energize the items before you send them out?

Yes, we cleanse and energize the items using a Singing Bowl before we send them out. We also sell
Singing Bowls if you need one. Just visit the Singing Bowl section of our store.

Can I pick up the package in LBC because I’ll be out of the house the whole day?

Of course you can. Just provide us the address of the courier where you want to pick up the
package. If you will specifically request the package be picked up/shipped via LBC, shipping fee is
P160 – minimum rate of LBC.

What is your Return Policy?

Return Policy : If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, you may return the items back to us within 7 days via JRS Express or LBC ONLY. Full refund. No questions asked. Items should be in original condition, original packaging, not used, not damaged. Buyer will shoulder the shipping back to us. Minimum shipping fee via JRS Express is P110 & LBC is P160. No other couriers accepted. We will pick up the package in the courier branch.

Return Policy protects & gives clients peace of mind. It makes the buyer feel they are not obligated to keep the product even if they’re not completely happy with it.

Unlike other stores, we do not charge our clients re-stocking fees (15% of the total purchase). Although, we do not refund shipping fees since they go to the couriers/shipping companies. Apart from that, all online stores do not refund shipping fees. Let me use this analogy : If you buy a product in the mall and you decide to return it, they won’t refund you your transportation fee/gas/toll gate fees. (There’s usually no money back guarantee in malls in the Philippines but only “replacement policy” equal to or more than the price of the item you’re returning).

I’m from the Philippines but I want to send my orders to my relatives abroad. Can you do that?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Below is the answer for packages that will be sent outside the Philippines.

I’m from USA/Europe/Middle East/Australia/Canada/South East Asia. How much is the shipping fee?

We ship worldwide (except to Africa & India). You may place your order in our website since you will not be asked to pay right away. Shipping fee depends on the total weight/dimension of the package & its destination. For non-Filipino clients, we prefer PayPal for security purposes.

Can you tell me why I cannot track my package in the JRS Express website?

When you track packages in the JRS website, it will only tell you that the package is “in transit.” It
will not tell you where the package is. We advise you to wait for the package until 6pm. They offer
next day delivery nationwide and it is very rare that packages get delayed when you ship them via
JRS Express (based on our experience).

LBC’s online tracking system is more intelligent and more up-to-date. LBC also has customer service you can call. Although, when you track it online or when you call customer service, they will also tell you that the package is “in transit” & they will advise you to wait until 6pm.
